I'd like to be able to be able to view the whole den's progress in
achievements and electives spreadsheet-style so that I can plan
activities for den meetings that will complete their progress.

When I have a meeting with my boys they will all have completed a given set of requirements. It's a pain to go in and sign them off one-by-one. It'd be easier to choose the boys who completed a requirement and then mark it complete... The tool then makes sure that it's signed off for the chosen boys.

I just started to use this great web based program and we are into the year a few months. I would like to be able to post the month the awards (loops) were granted going back year. Link the "granted" to an actual date not just todays date.

We use a lot of email in our Pack. It would be useful as a Cubmaster to be able to send out email to all parents, or all leaders. The Den Leaders would also find it useful to be able to send out an email to all the parents for their den. Perhaps an email form or the creation of mailing lists.

Would like to see beads tracked in real time for Tiger on up and also show up in the "Awards" section so that we can track who has received what bead.

Using the Iphone this website does not display correctly (scroll bars are not there), would be the perfect App for the Iphone to be able to update at den meetings.

It would be helpful to have the Cub Scouts birthdays associated with their records. Then upcoming birthdays could be displayed to the leaders on their home pages. Den Leaders could see birthdays for their den members, Cubmasters for the whole Pack, etc. It would also be nice to have address for boys and adults and the ability to have several phone numbers, like cell, home, work, etc.

Our Pack makes no distinction between Webelos 1 and Webelos 2 (Arrow of Light) boys -- they are in the same Den. It would be helpful to have an option to show the requirements for both awards for dens like this.

We advance the boys to the next den after their birthdays. It would be nice to have a way to show their birthdays and sort by them so we can have all the information in 1 spot.

As I advanced my test user through the ranks I noticed a small bug (or oversight). After signing off three requirements for the Wolf or Bear a new bead should be colored in to show it being earned. Den Manager doesn't seem to update the beads in real time, but if I refresh the page then the correct number of beads are colored in.

If a boy transfers into the pack with existing progress (or for packs starting with Den Manager in the middle of a year) it is tedious to mark off all of the already completed rank requirements. Make it possible for a leader to mark entire items off (for example "Joe has earned 'Showman' activity pin")

There are several requirements that parents have gone through and signed off. It would be helpful to have a button that I could click on as a Cubmaster to send a reminder email to leaders that they have pending requirements to sign off.

Right now you can only tell who and at what time a requirement was signed off when it is PENDING (from a parent). Show that information always.

For the Citizen activity pin in the Webelos rank you have to earn the Citizenship Belt Loop (again if you've previously earned it). If you've never earned it before and you check off the requirement in Citizenship Activity pin automatically sign-off the requirements for the Belt Loop.
